AIDSNET is a fiscal agent through which the Department of Health provides federal and state financial assistance to a variety of service entities, referred to as sub-grantees, located throughout the Pennsylvania counties of Berks, Carbon, Lehigh, Monroe, Northampton and Schuylkill.
